2.1 Account and Authentication Information
Panovor allows users to create accounts using email and password authentication.
When you create an account, we may process:

Panovor uses Supabase authentication infrastructure for email/password authentication. Passwords are handled through the authentication infrastructure and are not intentionally stored by Panovor in plain-text form.

When you use Panovor's resume or career-related features, you may voluntarily provide:
- Resume/CV files
- Resume text
- Job descriptions
- Skills
- Education
- Employment history
- Professional qualifications
- Certifications
- Projects

- Contact information contained in your resume
- Professional profile information
- Other information you choose to provide
Resume and career information may contain personal information. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to provide any information or document that you upload to Panovor.
2.3 Uploaded Files and Structured Data
When you upload a supported file, Panovor may process the file and associated metadata or file reference. Depending on the feature, Panovor may:
- Receive and process the uploaded file;
- Extract relevant information from the file;
- Parse the extracted information;
- Convert the information into structured data, including JSON or relational database records;
- Use the resulting information to provide analysis, recommendations, scoring, optimization, or other Services.
For registered users, uploaded files and associated information may be stored using Panovor's backend infrastructure, including Supabase Storage and database services.
2.4 Guest Users
Certain Panovor features may be available without creating an account. Guest users may provide resume, CV, job-description, or other information required to use those features.
Guest submissions are not intended to create a persistent personal resume library associated with a Panovor account. However, information from guest sessions may be temporarily processed or retained where reasonably necessary for:
- Providing the requested service;
- Security;
- Fraud and abuse prevention;
- Troubleshooting;
- System operation;
- Legal compliance.
2.5 Payment Information
When you purchase a paid Panovor service, payment information may be processed by our payment provider, including Razorpay.
We may receive transaction-related information such as:
- Transaction/reference ID;
- Payment status;
- Amount;
- Currency;
- Subscription information;
- Purchase information;
- Billing information made available to us by the payment provider.
Panovor does not intentionally store complete payment-card numbers, CVV numbers, or other payment-instrument credentials on its own systems when those details are handled directly by the payment provider.

- Operating system;
- Approximate location derived from IP address;

Panovor uses artificial intelligence, including the OpenAI API, to provide certain features.
Depending on the feature you use, Panovor may send relevant information derived from your:
- Resume;
- CV;
- Job description;
- Structured resume data;
- Instructions;
- Other information you provide
to OpenAI for processing.
Where technically applicable, Panovor may send structured information extracted from an uploaded document rather than the original uploaded file. The information sent to OpenAI depends on the particular feature and the information necessary to generate the requested result.
OpenAI's API platform states that inputs and outputs are not used to train its models by default for API customers unless applicable data-sharing controls are enabled. Panovor does not knowingly enable optional OpenAI data-sharing for model improvement unless we decide to do so in the future in accordance with applicable requirements and our disclosures.
AI-generated results may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or unsuitable recommendations. You should review AI-generated content before relying on it or submitting it to an employer, recruiter, educational institution, or other third party.
Panovor does not guarantee that any AI-generated result will result in an interview, employment opportunity, job offer, or favorable hiring decision.
Panovor uses third-party providers to operate certain parts of the Services.
5.1 Supabase
Panovor uses Supabase for backend infrastructure, including:
- Email/password authentication;
- Database/SQL services;
- Storage;
- Storage and retrieval of uploaded files;
- Storage of file metadata and references;
- Storage of certain structured information required to provide the Services.
Registered-user information and uploaded files may therefore be processed or stored through Supabase infrastructure.
5.2 OpenAI
Panovor uses the OpenAI API for AI-powered features. Relevant information derived from user submissions may be transmitted to OpenAI to generate requested analysis, recommendations, or other AI output.
5.3 Razorpay
Panovor uses Razorpay to process applicable payments. Razorpay may process payment information and transaction data necessary to complete and verify purchases.
5.4 Additional Providers
As Panovor develops, we may use additional providers for services such as hosting, email delivery, analytics, security, fraud prevention, customer support, monitoring, infrastructure, and data processing. Where appropriate, such providers may process information on our behalf.
Registered-user files and related information may be stored in Panovor's backend infrastructure.
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to:
- Provide the Services;
- Maintain user accounts;
- Provide customer support;
- Maintain security;
- Prevent fraud and abuse;
- Resolve disputes;
- Meet legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory requirements;
- Maintain backups and operational systems.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the purpose for which it is processed. Panovor does not promise that information will be automatically deleted immediately after use unless a particular feature expressly provides for such deletion.
Panovor may not currently provide an in-product button for permanently deleting individual uploaded files or account information.

Please provide the email address associated with your account and describe what you would like deleted. We may request additional information to verify your identity and protect your account.
We will process valid deletion requests in accordance with applicable law. Certain information may need to be retained where required or permitted by law, or where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, accounting, or other legitimate purposes. Information stored in backups may not be immediately removed and may be deleted or overwritten according to applicable backup and retention procedures.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, destruction, and misuse.
However, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. If you believe your Panovor account has been accessed without authorization, contact us promptly.
Panovor may serve users located in different countries and may use service providers whose infrastructure operates in countries other than the country in which you reside. Accordingly, information may be processed or stored internationally.
Where required by applicable law, we will take appropriate measures regarding international transfers of personal information.
