Our Services may include:
- Resume analysis;
- ATS-related analysis;
- Resume scoring;
- Job-description comparison;
- Keyword and skills analysis;
- Resume optimization recommendations;
- Resume reviewing and auditing;
- Career recommendations;
- AI-generated suggestions;
- Professional profile analysis;
- Professional profile drafting and improvement tools;
- Other job-application and career-assistance features.
Specific features, tools, methodologies, interfaces, usage limits, and availability may vary by account type, subscription, location, or product version.
We may add, modify, suspend, or remove features from the Services from time to time.
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
If you use Panovor on behalf of another individual or organization, you represent that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Panovor complies with the laws applicable to you.
Certain features may require you to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information;
- Provide an email address that you control;
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials;
- Not share your credentials in violation of your subscription or account restrictions;
- Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization;
- Not create accounts for fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or unlawful purposes.
You are responsible for activity occurring through your account, except to the extent caused by circumstances outside your reasonable control.
Panovor may take reasonable measures to protect accounts and the Services from unauthorized access, fraud, abuse, or security threats.
Certain Panovor features may be available without creating an account.
Guest functionality may be limited compared with registered-user functionality.
We may change, restrict, suspend, or discontinue guest access at any time.
Information submitted through guest functionality may be processed and retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
Subject to these Terms, Panovor grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Services for your personal professional development, career preparation, and job-search activities.
Depending on the features available to you, the Services may include tools such as:
- ATS Resume Analyzer: Evaluating resume formatting, keywords, skills, and alignment against particular job descriptions.
- Resume Reviewer: Reviewing resume structure, clarity, active language, impact, metrics, presentation, and other characteristics.
- LinkedIn Reviewer: Analyzing professional profile quality, headline strength, presentation, and other profile dimensions.
- LinkedIn Builder: Helping draft, restructure, and refine professional profile sections such as headlines, summaries, and experience descriptions.
The Services are intended as software-assisted career tools and do not replace your own judgment, verification, or responsibility for information submitted to employers or other third parties.
“User Content” means resumes, CVs, documents, job descriptions, career information, profile information, text, instructions, data, and other material that you submit, upload, import, create, or otherwise provide through the Services.
6.1 Ownership
You retain ownership of your User Content. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of your User Content to Panovor.
6.2 Limited Processing License
By submitting User Content to Panovor, you grant Panovor a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, process, parse, extract, transform, technically modify, structure, analyze, display, and otherwise use your User Content solely to the extent reasonably necessary to provide, operate, maintain, secure, support, troubleshoot, and improve the Services, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
This permission includes processing uploaded files and associated metadata or file references, extracting information from those files, converting information into structured representations, and using such structured information to provide requested analyses and recommendations.
6.3 No Transfer of Ownership
The processing permission above does not give Panovor ownership of your User Content.
6.4 Your Responsibility
You represent and warrant that:
- you own or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions to submit your User Content;
- your User Content does not unlawfully infringe another person's rights;
- you are not violating a confidentiality obligation by uploading or submitting the User Content;
- your use of the User Content through Panovor complies with applicable law.
You should not upload confidential, proprietary, or third-party information unless you have the necessary authority to do so.
Panovor does not currently use your private uploaded resumes, Career Profile facts, private job descriptions, or similar private User Content to train proprietary Panovor AI models.
The limited processing license granted under Section 6 does not itself authorize Panovor to use private User Content to train proprietary Panovor machine-learning models.
If Panovor introduces a materially different use of private User Content for proprietary model training in the future, we will provide appropriate disclosure and obtain any consent or authorization required by applicable law.
This provision does not restrict processing that is otherwise necessary to provide the Services or processing performed by third-party service providers as described in our Privacy Policy.
Panovor uses AI and automated systems to provide analysis, recommendations, drafts, and other career-related assistance, such as resume bullet-point suggestions, rewritten resume content, headline suggestions, professional summaries, About-section drafts, keyword recommendations, job-description comparisons, career suggestions, and other AI-assisted recommendations.
8.1 Assistive Only
AI-generated content is provided as an assistive tool and recommendation. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, unsuitable for your circumstances, or contain factual errors.
You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, editing, and approving any AI-generated content before submitting it to an employer, including it in a resume or application, publishing it on a professional profile, representing it as factual, or otherwise using it professionally.
8.2 Accuracy and Truthfulness
You remain solely responsible for ensuring that information submitted to employers, recruiters, educational institutions, professional platforms, or other third parties is truthful, accurate, complete, and verifiable. You must not rely on Panovor as a substitute for your own professional judgment.
8.3 No Professional or Hiring Decisions
Panovor does not make employment decisions, hiring decisions, admission decisions, or other decisions on behalf of employers, recruiters, educational institutions, or other organizations. Panovor does not provide legal, immigration, financial, medical, or other regulated professional advice.
Certain Panovor features may allow you to maintain a structured Career Profile containing information such as work history, education, skills, projects, certifications, target roles, and other professional information.
Your Career Profile represents information that you choose to save, import, or maintain through the Services. AI-generated drafts, suggestions, recommendations, or proposed edits do not automatically become verified Career Profile facts merely because they were generated by Panovor.
You are responsible for reviewing and approving information before treating it as an accurate representation of your professional history or qualifications.
Panovor may provide scores, category ratings, match percentages, audit findings, rankings, recommendations, or other automated assessments. These assessments are informational outputs generated using Panovor's software methodologies, heuristics, rules, models, and other analytical systems.
10.1 Not an Employer's ATS Score
A Panovor ATS score or match percentage is not an actual score generated by an employer's applicant tracking system. Panovor does not have access to or control over the internal scoring, ranking, filtering, or hiring systems of individual employers unless expressly stated otherwise. Different employers and ATS platforms may use different technologies, configurations, criteria, and hiring practices.
10.2 No Guaranteed Outcome
Achieving a particular Panovor score or recommendation does not guarantee ATS passage, recruiter visibility, recruiter outreach, an interview, employment, promotion, salary increases, admission to an educational institution, or any other particular outcome. Real-world hiring and admission decisions depend on numerous factors outside Panovor's control.
Panovor is an independent service. Panovor is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by LinkedIn Corporation, unless expressly stated otherwise. “LinkedIn” and related trademarks belong to their respective owners. Any reference to LinkedIn on Panovor is intended solely to describe compatibility with or assistance relating to standard professional profile content.
11.1 No LinkedIn Account Access
Unless expressly stated through an authorized integration, Panovor does not require or request your LinkedIn password or other account credentials to provide its standard profile-analysis or profile-building features. You should never provide your LinkedIn password to Panovor through an unofficial form, chat, document, or other method. Panovor does not represent that it can access, control, or modify your LinkedIn account merely because you use a Panovor LinkedIn-related tool.
11.2 User Responsibility
If you use Panovor-generated content on LinkedIn, you remain responsible for reviewing the content and manually applying or publishing it through LinkedIn or another relevant platform.
You must not use Panovor to:
- violate applicable law or regulation;
- attempt unauthorized access to Panovor or its systems;
- access another user's account or private information without authorization;
- circumvent security, access controls, rate limits, usage restrictions, or other safeguards;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code or proprietary algorithms, except where expressly permitted by applicable law;
- scrape, crawl, extract, or systematically collect information from Panovor in violation of applicable restrictions;
- introduce malware, malicious code, or harmful software;
- interfere with the operation, availability, or security of Panovor;
- abuse APIs, automated systems, or infrastructure;
- launch automated attacks against Panovor infrastructure;
- impersonate another person or entity;
- submit fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, unlawful, or infringing content;
- upload information that you do not have permission to use;
- infringe intellectual-property, privacy, confidentiality, or other rights;
- use Panovor to commit fraud or facilitate unlawful activity;
- manipulate payment, subscription, promotion, trial, or refund systems;
- abuse promotional offers or free trials;
- resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute Panovor or its outputs without authorization; or
- attempt to gain access to private databases, systems, or records belonging to Panovor or other users.
We may suspend or terminate access for serious, repeated, or materially harmful violations of these Terms.
Certain Panovor features may require payment. Before completing a purchase, the applicable price, billing interval, and material subscription information will be presented to you.
13.1 Recurring Subscriptions
If you purchase a recurring subscription:
- the subscription may automatically renew at the end of each billing period;
- your selected payment method may be charged for subsequent billing periods;
- you may cancel future renewals according to the cancellation process made available to you; and
- cancellation generally does not automatically entitle you to a refund for amounts already charged.
Unless otherwise stated, cancellation generally preserves access until the end of the paid billing period. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy forms part of these Terms.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers, payment gateways, or Merchants of Record, including providers such as Razorpay and Paddle.
Payment providers may have their own terms and conditions, privacy policies, security procedures, billing rules, and fraud-prevention processes.
Panovor does not intentionally store complete payment-card information when that information is handled directly by the relevant payment provider.
You authorize the applicable payment provider to process transactions associated with your purchases or subscriptions.
Prices displayed on Panovor may be shown in supported currencies and may vary by plan, location, promotion, or billing arrangement.
Applicable GST, VAT, sales taxes, or other taxes may apply depending on the transaction, customer location, applicable law, and payment arrangement.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing and account information where required.
We may change pricing prospectively. Where required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate notice of material pricing changes.
Panovor and its software, source code, scoring systems, analytical methodologies, interfaces, branding, trademarks, logos, designs, graphics, databases, text, educational materials, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Panovor unless otherwise stated.
Subject to these Terms, you receive only the limited right to access and use the Services as intended.
Except where expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, resell, lease, sublicense, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from Panovor's proprietary materials without authorization.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of Panovor's trademarks, brand assets, software, proprietary algorithms, scoring methodologies, or other intellectual property.
If you provide suggestions, ideas, recommendations, or other feedback regarding Panovor, you agree that we may use that feedback to improve, develop, or modify the Services without compensation to you, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You do not transfer ownership of your User Content merely by providing feedback.
Panovor may depend on or integrate with third-party services, including services for authentication, databases and storage, AI processing, hosting and infrastructure, payments, analytics, security, communications, monitoring, and other technical or operational functions.
Third-party services are governed by their respective terms, policies, and practices. Panovor is not responsible for third-party services that it does not control, including their availability, security, policies, or independent actions. Your use of certain third-party services may be subject to additional terms.
We aim to provide reliable Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Services may be temporarily unavailable because of:
- maintenance;
- upgrades;
- security incidents;
- technical problems;
- infrastructure failures;
- third-party outages;
- network failures;
- changes to third-party services; or
- events beyond our reasonable control.
We may modify, add, remove, limit, or discontinue features of the Services.
If a change materially affects a paid subscription, we will provide notice where required by applicable law.
You may stop using Panovor at any time. You may request account closure or deletion according to the mechanisms made available by Panovor or by contacting us.
We may suspend or terminate your account or access to all or part of the Services where:
- you materially breach these Terms;
- you engage in fraud or abuse;
- your use creates security or operational risks;
- payments are fraudulent, reversed, disputed improperly, or otherwise invalid;
- suspension or termination is required by law;
- necessary action is required to protect Panovor, its users, or third parties; or
- continued access would create material legal, security, or operational risk.
Where reasonably practicable and appropriate, we may provide notice before suspension or termination. However, we may act without prior notice where necessary to protect the Services, users, or third parties.
Termination does not automatically eliminate obligations or rights that by their nature should survive termination.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Panovor and the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that:
- the Services will always be available;
- the Services will operate without interruption;
- results will always be accurate;
- AI-generated information will be error-free;
- recommendations will be suitable for your circumstances;
- automated scores will accurately predict an employer's ATS;
- your resume will pass an ATS;
- your profile will receive increased visibility;
- you will receive an interview;
- you will receive employment;
- you will receive a particular salary or career outcome;
- an employer, recruiter, or educational institution will act on any recommendation; or
- a particular recommendation will produce a particular result.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Panovor disclaims implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right, warranty, or protection that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Panovor and its operator, founders, directors, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Services.
This includes, where legally permitted, losses relating to employment opportunities, interviews, hiring decisions, admissions, revenue, profits, business opportunities, goodwill, reputation, data, use of the Services, or other intangible losses.
This limitation applies, where legally permitted, to claims arising from AI-generated content, scores, recommendations, automated assessments, service interruptions, third-party services, or unauthorized access to or alteration of transmissions or content.
Aggregate Liability Cap
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Panovor's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will not exceed the total amount you paid to Panovor for the Services during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
If you have not paid any amount to Panovor during that period, the aggregate liability cap will be the maximum amount permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in this section limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Panovor and its operator, founders, directors, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from or relating to:
- your unlawful use of Panovor;
- your violation of these Terms;
- your User Content;
- your infringement of another person's rights;
- your fraudulent or abusive conduct; or
- your violation of applicable law.
This obligation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When we make changes, we may update the “Last Updated” and “Effective Date” shown at the top of this document.
Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice or obtain any required consent.
Your continued use of Panovor after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree with revised Terms, you should stop using the Services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory consumer-protection and other applicable rights that cannot legally be excluded.

We will make reasonable efforts to understand and resolve the matter informally.
Courts and Jurisdiction
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled according to applicable Indian law and, subject to mandatory legal rights, the courts having jurisdiction at Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising a mandatory legal right to bring a claim before a court or authority that has jurisdiction under applicable law.
